Weโre often asked if we can check tapes while customers are visiting us in person. Unfortunately, all of our playback equipment is dedicated to ongoing conversions, so weโre unable to preview tapes on the spot. Every sample request is added to our conversion queue to ensure fair scheduling and consistent quality.
If we can fit your sample ahead of larger orders, weโll do our best to prioritise it, but please allow up to 7 working days to receive your digital sample link. This timeframe matches our standard turnaround for full conversions and helps us maintain the same care and accuracy for every tape we handle.
